- I am a former 30 year resident and worked 10 years as the Pastoral Business manager for RCC19, now known as the "New St. Monica Parish." I recently moved to Idaho with my husband to work at Idaho National Laboratories. The 19th Ward will always have a special place in my heart and I enjoy reading about all the progress made, especially within the past 10 years.
