Car Chase in PLEX Neighborhood

Attempted car jacking on Elmdorf and Woodbine



"About 6 yesterday afternoon 11/7/10. An elderly neighbor getting out of her car and walking to a party on Elmdorf was intercepted by two men. One in front and one behind.
