Optional stay at the hotel is available – those who stayed last year raved about what a wonderful time they had. Read on for details. . .

Once again this year, Staybridge Suites is offering a special group rate to convention participants who book a room for the night (or two nights!)

Picture this: check in to your suite at the Staybridge Suites Hotel. Spend the afternoon with friends and neighbors enjoying the pool, great room, library, business center, or just relax and take in the spectacular view of the river. Stroll downstairs to the conference rooms for the Association's silent auction and Annual Convention.

Afterwards, step across the street to the Boulder Coffee Co. for coffee, beer/wine and tasty desserts while enjoying the night view of the river and the University from the fabulous second floor. Rather stay in? Return to the pool or the great room for board games, puzzles or some lively conversation. After sleeping soundly on those pillow-top mattresses, join the group for a breakfast buffet. Stay around to enjoy the amenities for a while or talk a walk along the river before returning home.

All for Special Conference Rates:

$89 – Studio with queen bed, sleeper sofa, full bath

$109 – One bedroom with queen bed, living area with sleeper sofa, full bath

$129 – Two bedrooms each with queen bed and full bath, living area with sleeper sofa

All rooms include a fully equipped in-room kitchen.

Staybridge Suites is “pet friendly” and welcomes one pet (under 50 lbs) per room.

A block of rooms is being held for a limited time, so book early! The same room rates apply to a second night before or after Convention for those who wish to make the party last a little longer!

To book your room, call the Hotel at 527-9110 and reference the 19th Ward Community Association Convention group. When calling to reserve a room please press 3 for the LOCAL front desk agent and reserve through the hotel itself, rather than the national reservations line.
