Event Description

Deli Sandro's wants to offer late night delivery on friday and saturday nights from 11:00pm to 3:30am. In order to do this we need a special permit from the City of Rochester Zoning Commission to operate our business past 11pm.

The zoning commission takes into account the impact operating the business past 11pm will have on the surrounding area as well as community support.

Our operation will have no negative impact on the surrounding area as our storefront will not be open to the public and we will be offering delivery only.

Public support is greatly appreciated. The more we have the more likely we are to get the permit. You can help by coming into the shop to sign our petition, writing a letter to the zoning commission, and / or coming to the hearing on October 21st in City Hall Room 125B at 6:30pm.

Letters can be sent to parrinom@cityofrochester.gov - address them to the zoning commission. Include your name, address, and your letter of support.

TO SEE OUR PLAN AND REASONS WHY THIS IS AN IMPORTANT IMPROVEMENT TO THE AREA CHECK OUT OUR PROJECT DESCRIPTION HERE:https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B03j8OxDMUmaRldmXzdoRnhrcG8/edit?usp=sharing
