Event Description

Visit local front-yard gardens where owners say "No Grass."  Visit a flower garden starting at 861 Arnett Blvd. that has been astounding for years, then see Sheri's raised-bed gardens in her front lawn with veggies and flowers on Marlborough.  Tour a front and back yard garden with veggies, herbs, and edible flowers.  That's on Genesee Park Blvd, and then we will re-visit MacClurg's back-yard garden, with all grass gone, on Winbourne.

Please RSVP to msweetla@frontiernet.net.

Kseniya, join the SW Garden Group.  When you do, I will send a note to the group with the addresses for the tour.

I would love to join this tour but I will be at the Webster Farmer's Market until 2pm. Any chance I could get the addresses of these gardens so I can do my own walking/driving tour later that day?

I am having foot surgery July 1, tomorrow and if I am ambulatory and can get a ride, I will come. I converted my back yard grass entirely to flowering plants/bushes and a couple trees, and would like to convert the front yard. You are welcome to visit my back yard that day whether I am on the tour or not.
