Guest Speaker: Chief James Sheppard, Rochester Police Department

Honorees and Recognition: Patricia Jackson, Congresswoman Louise Slaughter, Lieutenant Governor Robert Duffy, Mayor Thomas Richards, Council President Lovely Warren, Council members Adam McFadden and Dana Miller

Honorees and Recognition on Jefferson Avenue:

Kenny Steven-High Tech Video, Connie McKnight - Corn Hill Liquor Store and Shade, Carol Renee Gibson- Mason’s Deli, Gladys Burt-Gladys’s Place and a special dedication for the late Mr. Oscar Coley for his work and Treasurer of JABA for many years.

Tickets can be purchased at Nelson’s Barber Shop at 658 Jefferson Avenue, The Southwest Area Neighborhood Association at 275 Dr. Samuel McCree Way, any JABA Member, or Businesses on the Avenue
