Director of Zoning & Planning, Marcia Barry, is planning a number of Zoning Code Amendments that may affect our neighborhoods.  She will preview these changes for SW neighborhood leaders, seeking our input and support.  The affected topics are:

* Non-conforming uses (example: closed businesses wants to reopen in residential area)
* Commercial window sign regulations
* Improved licensing process for pawn shops & second-hand dealers
* Entertainment regulations for DJ's, Karaoke,etc.
