I would encourage as many people as possible to send a short, polite note to the current owner letting him know the way his tenants are keeping his property.  I will committ to sending him a note this afternoon.

I just put the letter in the mail box.  If mine is the only letter he receives, nothing will happen.  If the owner receives, 4 or 5 letters, it is very likely that he will do something.  It took me 2 minutes to write the letter.  We need FOUR more letters.  Who's next??

Ummmmmmm been at the lake and out of touch. Has this been resolved?  Trash out curbside a bit early!

Did you notice the furniture scattered around the backyard, old mattresses, appliances, and all the laundry hanging on the fence? The stuff in front has been there since I got back last Friday.

my letter is done and n the mailbox.  My computer is fried but letter hand written! Hey, look south down the street....correct me if i am wrong, but is today TUESDAY????? So WHY all the curbside garbage??  Most of these landlords just 'frost my cake'!!.........
