THANK YOU Officer Brian Phillips

At 6:45a this morning, I accompanied my daughter to the Westside Division RPD Roll Call. Her phone calls started immediately after seeing the picture posted by one of the news stations of Officer Phillips with a family member of one of the victims. The compassion was genuine and striking. Her phone calls started at 311 and she didn't stop until she was…See More

Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T)

Found an old pic of the SW Community CERT team just prior to a Chemical Disaster Drill involving area hospitals: Strong, Highland, Park Ridge and Rochester General.  The drill was conducted w/o prior knowledge to the hospitals to see if their drill procedures were in place!  There was also a 'security' drill conducted at the hospitals during the disaster drill with a disguised terrorist.  I do believe the CERT training is to be offered again in the near future.  We will…

I am happy to announce that the Rochester Rams are the MONROE COUNTY CHAMPS-Pop Warner Football! Several past players are now coaches for the team. Couldn't get D & C or news channels to report/cover it. I'm sure if one of the boys had committed a crime it would have been front page news! Southwest Colts gave em a run for their money...............GO KIDS!

At least you earn what you make. Maybe you and I should take that job, we'll split the wage and our neighborhood will be perfect. You can walk the streets as WonderWoman and I'll walk the streets as a NUN. The drug dealers will think they are hulcinating and run. We will actually knock on the door of the Toater Criminals and talk to them. What a novel idea. And we only get paid 46K and we are not to lazy to open our car door, walk up the drive way, KNOCK< KNOCK
