SUMMARY: 

Under the general direction by the Vice President of Programs, is responsible for providing clinical direction, supervision and leadership to all agency program services in alignment with the clinical model and strategic plan of the organization. 

                                                  

                                                     MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION:Licensed Certified Social Worker status required

EXPERIENCE:5 to 7 plus years providing clinical supervision 

SKILLS:           Proven track record of strong leadership skills, effective and strong communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to work with others, form and lead teams and manage multiple initiatives.

PART-TIME CLERK - Town of Henrietta - Monday through Friday, 20+ hours per week, with seasonal availability Monday through Friday, approx. 35 hours per week. Qualified applicant must have Excel experience with a minimum of 3-5 years bookkeeping / record keeping experience, must have exceptional communication skills, dependable, and flexible. ROCHESTER LABORER'S LOCAL 435 will be conducting recruitment for its apprenticeship program.
Apprenticeship Program Applications will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. to noon at our offices, 20-22 Fourth Street - Rochester, NY 14609 on the following Thursdays of each month starting March 1st ending August 2nd, 2012:

 *   March 1, 2012
 *   April 5, 2012
 *   May 3, 2012
 *   June 7, 2012
 *   July 5, 2012
 *   August 2, 2012

The minimum requirements for the Apprenticeship Program are as follows:

 *   Must be at least 18 years of age
 *   Must be in good health
 *   Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs
 *   Must possess a high school diploma or GED
 *   Must be able to legally work in the U.S.
 *   Must submit to and pass a non-DOT drug test

Career Start is recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistants. We have full time positions available at 37.5hrs per week starting at $9.20per hr. We have days, evenings and overnight shifts available. All positions are accessible on the bus line.

If you would like to forward your clients for positions we are open Monday –Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm. When clients are referred inform them to ask for Shannon so I can assess them immediately for opportunities.

 

Also, you can forward clients name and updated number via email. I will contact them by telephone to come onsite and apply for jobs.

C.N.A( Certified Nursing Assistant)( 9 positions available)  – All shifts, competitive pay , bus line accessible

 

Food Processing Tech( 32 positions available) - A shift, entry level, no experience needed, bus line accessible

 

Plastic Machine Operators ( 24 positions available) - All shifts, $8-$10 an hour, plastics or machine shop experience preferred, bus line accessible.

 

Driver( 1 position available) -  Must have valid driver’s license and prefer to have previous experience in a pharmacy as this person will be responsible for delivery prescriptions to people’s homes. Competitive pay, A and B shift.

Program Specialist - 

Applicants wanted for the position of Program Specialist of a youth-based organization
serving geographic districts in the city of Rochester, NY. The successful candidate
will be responsible for the implementation and supervision of afterschool programs at
assigned sites. Weekly program will be provided to you to implement. The successful
candidate must have the ability to multitask and be well organized. Prior experience with
youth leadership organizations is a plus. The position requires up to 10-20 hours per
week and may include nights and weekends (schedule will be set each school year).
Applicants must have a high school degree or GED, be at least 21 years old, and have
the ability to work a non-traditional work schedule. Reliable transportation is a must. All
candidates will be subject to background and credit checks. Rate $8.00 per hour no
