JOB SUMMARY: The Worker Justice Center of New York (WJCNY) is seeking to fill this full time position predominantly working out of our Rochester office. Working directly with WJCNY attorneys and other staff, the outreach paralegal will conduct legal intakes and direct client communication, perform research, draft certain legal documents, assist in preparation of court appearances, and provide general office support. The paralegal will also be a part of theWorkplace Health & Safety team and will assist in the design and implementation of a holistic training program for seasonal and migrant farm workers and workers in packing houses, dairy farms and other agricultural settings.
