Tell us about yourself:: Honorable Willie Joe Lightfoot is former Assistant Minority Leader of the Monroe County Legislature. He successfully completed three consecutive terms. Upon him being termed out he retired from Politics in 2016. He is Married with four Children and Three Grandchildren . He is the owner operator of New Creations Unisex Shop located in SouthWest Rochester , NY. Mr. Lightfoot has been cutting hair for 28 years and is a Nys licensed barber, examiner / supervisor . His Barbershop is one of five testing sites in the state of New York . He has help launch the careers of 100s of barbers all over New York State . Mr. Lightfoot is founder of Cut The Violence Iniative . CTV provides free toys , haircuts and information to families and children 10 to 17 years old . Mr. Lightfoot is a Rochester , NY Firefighter and senior man at his firehouse at Truck 4 . Mr. Lightfoot is an ordained Elder at Prayer House Church of God By faith. He is dedicated to God, Family , Business and the Community . Mr. Lightfoot has many awards and recognition, he says he greatest reward is being a servant. Mr. Lightfoot is a Father , Mentor and Freind to many. He is a modern day Renaissance man and a visionary of this time .
