This Wonderful Cat Needs a Home---ADOPTED! Thanks All!

This cat was put out by his owner and denied food and water. One of our 19th Ward neighbors, Pam, responded to this cat's constant cries and brought him into her home. She is calling him mittens. She has several pets already and needs to find a home for him. She is not "on the internet" so I am posting for her. I met mittens and he is extremely loving. Neighborhood event

Hi folks, thanks to all of you who attended St. Stephen's New Orleans Jazz Dinner. It was a fun event with lots of great food, amazing music and neighborhood bonding. In addition to neighbors, it was attended by folks who came in from Buffalo, Brighton & Clifton Springs! Neighbor needs handyman work

I have a neighbor who has been unemployed for a very long time despite all his efforts to find a job.



His preference is for gardening, outdoor maintenance, indoor handyman work, although he has also been employed in hotel kitchen work.



He’s a really good guy. I haven’t had him do any work for me because my landlord takes care of all that stuff, but I can vouch for his character.
