People deserve a choice and anyone who attempts to extinguish our choice through the exploitation of NYS Election Laws and loopholes is immoral. It is a direct slap to democracy and what this country is founded upon. Just because you can, does not mean you should. We call this a negative right. With our freedom comes responsibility.

John-
a bit more context and explanation would be helpful to those of us who aren't aware of what is happening. Who exactly is accusing you of forgery, etc? Providing a bit more detail would be helpful as it's always difficult to understand something when only hearing a part of the story. I am all for keeping our freedoms intact!
I recently returned from spending a week in Washington, DC at a conference. more than one of the amazing people I listened to spoke about our broken political system and the difficulty in making real change! Donna Brazile was especially eloquent in discussing the need for us to listen more to one another and engage in true dialogue, especially when our views are in opposition to one another.
John,
I know from seeing you at many community meetings during the past many weeks that you are carrying your petition around with you and working hard inviting people to sign. While Location19 is not inviting candidates to campaign on this forum it is very much in the interest of all of us, whether we plan on voting for you or not, to ensure that the processes used in campaigns are fair and truthful. Please keep us informed on developments.
More specifically my petitions have been challenged in Supreme Court stating that my signatures for NYS Assembly 137th district are fraudulent. The accusations go as for as to accuse me and my family members of forgery. All these claims are a dirty trick to tie candidates up in court and to deplete campaign coffers for lawyers. However, what this essentially does is erode away our civil liberties and an individual's right to petition and run for public office through frivolous lawsuits that don't warrant any validity. I am more upset about being accused of forgery because it insults my integrity and my families integrity. Not only that Mark, the lawsuit was filed before the Board of Elections even ruled on my petitions.
John,
I am not sure what you are talking about. Could you give some background on the issue? Thanks.
