ROCBOTS Press Release: Hello, fellow 19th Warders. I am writing to you on behalf of the ROCBOTS, a local Lego Robotics team, which is comprised of kids from the 19th ward and Brighton. Each year teams builds and program robots as well as conduct research on an annual theme (2009 theme is transportation challenges). This year, our team focused our research on promoting walkable communities. Our team published a (maga)Zine to share our research findings with our community. We would like to invite you to attend our Zine Launch Party at Boulder Coffee Company (Genesee) Street on Sunday, November 15th from 4-5:30. The event is our attempt to encourage community building and healthy living. We hope to see you there. The event is free and copies of the zine are free! Door prizes will be given to all walkers, runners, skaters and other users of earth friendly modes of transportation!
