Event Description

This coming Saturday, between 1-5 pm, we will be hosting a people's festival at 929 South Plymouth Avenue (between Magnolia and Flint Street) with free workshops, activities, an open mic and ice cream/ice tea. Come and bring your family, children and friends to enjoy our last summer days. 
Here are some of the offerings for Saturday:
1 pm: Tree and Seed Planting and Yoga
OPEN MIC
2 pm: Zumba with Marissa
OPEN MIC
3 pm: Herb Walk with Artemis Herbalis or Singing with Izzie
OPEN MIC
4 pm: Hula Hooping with Dawn
Other activities of the day that will not be time restricted are:
Magic 
Miming
Face painting
Planting
Composting
Healthy Cooking
Healthy Homes
More about plants and mushrooms
On top of all of these beautiful gifts, there will be a barber in case you wanted to get your hair cut and a piano to be painted and loads of other ways to get creative and arty.
Hopefully we will have a few peace stencils that you can print on your t-shirt or a bag. So bring a shirt or anything else you would like to print your peace message on!
