Below is the Discussion Forum which will be used for posting information you think may start a back and forth discussion with other group members.  The body of the Discussion which the author posts can be edited as often as necessary by the author to add information in the future.  Replies posted by others can only be edited for a very brief period by the person posting.  Please proofread it carefully before you post.
