Because of the Covid-19 pandemic our regularly scheduled 4th Wednesday meeting will take place on Zoom and we will try to keep it to 1 Hr. this week.

What sort of two-tier system will be best to give everyone "good enough" access while incentivizing the Greenlights of this world to offer the top-of-the-line fiber system to those who can afford it.
What is the cost to the schools, libraries and City of handing out Cellular based "My-Fi" hot spots?
What would the cost of Wi-Fi mesh system be feeding out for free Wi-Fi to poor neighborhoods?
What is the relative cost of ease of deployment and maintenance be for free system?
What would the best way be for the County to make use of it dark fiber to benefit the community?
