Break Ins on Woodbine Ave

I live at 352 Woodbine, near the corner of Aberdeen. My house was broken into last month ( a guy came through the back door and grabbed an Ipod), and again this Monday ( an individual came in through a window, and took my backpack, my laptop, my girlfriend's laptop, and a Nintendo Wii with 3 or 4 games). Later the same night, a police officer came to our door to ask us about a break in at our neighbor's house, right next door. It happened 3 hours after our own break in. Just letting folks…See More

Eric,

Thanks for joining Location 19.  I would encourage you to also join the 19th Ward Community Association.   We are actively working to address issues in our neighborhood and to represent the neighborhood at City Hall.  The more members that we have, the more strength we have to address those issues, and the more in-tune we are with what is on the minds of our residents.

We welcome renters as well as homeowners (and business owner and churches too).  We have a new Executive Committee that is open to new ideas and new members.

Please check out our website at http://www.19wca.org/
You can call Ann at our office at 328-6571.  Registration-only membership is free to all 19th Ward residents.  I would encourage you to consider becoming a paying member, with the Individual level starting at $15.

If you have any questions, comments or input, please feel free to contact me at 527-9619.

Thanks,
DeWain Feller
