Matsiko World Orphan Choir at 831 Genesee St 14611

Please help us welcome this choir made up of children from around the world. They are being helped through an organization called the International Children's Network and are orphaned or victims of trafficking. BENEFIT CONCERT for El Salvador WomenThursday, May 12, at 7pmSt. Monica Church On May 12th at 7PM, St Monica and the Sisters of St. Joseph will host a benefit concert and presentation. St. Monica Church Invites You to Our Lady of Fatima Procession at St. Monica Church and through the 19th Ward Neighbordhood

May 14, 2011 from 5pm to 7pm

St. Monica Church welcomes all to walk in ain a special procession for peace in the world in honor of Our Lady of Fatima. The procession includes children dressed as the young Portuguese boy and girls that once experienced Mary’s apparitions. Little children dress as angels, others play drums, hold candles and banners. December 24, 2010 at 4pm to December 25, 2010 at 10am

Christmas Eve: 4 PM mass will have a wonderful Nativity Pageant presented by the youth. 6 PM is a 'quiet' mass ( no music) with our Emanuel Church of the Deaf community, and on Christmas day, we have a 10 AM Mass. ALL ARE WELCOME!

Is there any possibility that we can get an announcement about the 19th Ward Community Association (Friday, Nov 19th at 6PM) at St. Monica's? (Please see the post about the Convention). Not only are all 19th Ward residents invited to attend, but so are all people associated with businesses, churches and organizations/institutions located in the 19th Ward (even if they are not residents). However, only paid members of the 19th Ward Community Association can vote on officers and the budget.

We will have a social hour from 6 PM to 7 PM with refreshments, a silent auction, and music by the SWAN band. The program/business meeting starts at 7 PM with UR President Joel Seligman giving a brief talk.
