League preparations continue at a good pace. At the present we need a vice-president, secretary and treasurer. These are all temporary positions necessary for the league to re-charter. A permanent board of directors will be elected in March 2013. If enough volunteers to form a board do not come forth the league will be dissolved. But, I hope not.

If you are a parent with league age children (5 to 9) and you want your child to play Little League baseball please consider signing up as a committee member.

Early registration notifications will go into all southwest quadrant elementary and charter schools in September and will be in the hands of students with their initial parent information packets. Online registration will begin in December and walk-up registrations will be held in January and February of 2013. The league website and registration times and locations will be in the next blog post.
