I think the app is GREAT!

Just read through the D&C article and this sounds great.  Almost makes me want to buy a smartphone.  It is also great to see all the wonderful things Chief Sheppard is doing to overcome problem that were hurting the rapport between residents and the RPD.  It probably would serve us well to reflect on the acrimony that flared up over the Emily Good video.  Many took sides and vilified each other.  Chief Sheppard took the event and resulting controversies and leveraged those to institute changes to improve the system and benefit everyone.  Kudos to everyone who cared enough to voice their opinions.  Turns out everyone was really on the same side and everybody won!
