Last night at approximately 6:30pm a silver Impala pulled over in front of our house. There were several people in the car including a female in the passenger seat. A young male exited the rear driver side door and the vehicle drove off. The young male (black, thin to average weight, grey sweatshirt, dark colored ball cap) started walking east on Marlborough then he turned and quickly (almost running) went into Kathy's backyard and jumped over her fence into a backyard on Ravenwood. I reported this to 911. We saw two RPD officers shortly thereafter and they had not found the guy. Please be on the lookout.
