I found Cheryl Parsons on Facebook and have sent her a message inquiring on her plans for the house.  Will keep you posted as to what she replies

Well, i must retract, Danny has not moved out.  I ran into him earlier today.  He said a friend was storing his furniture in the house and moved it out on Friday.  Danny is still living in the house and is expecting a friend to come by tomorrow to mow the lawn.  I told him that Al would help him with it if need be.

 

So I will not need to contact Officer Dickerson since the house is not really vacant

I would be interested to know what Cheryl's plans are for the house since it does not appear she is paying the current taxes due either.

Danny said that he is trying to get her to sell it (because he is due half the proceeds), but that she has not responded to him.  I still plan on contacting Officer Dickerson and reminding him that this is a house to watch
