I have attached a PDF file of the poster above. Please feel free to download it, print it out and post around the city. The final size is 8.5" x 11".

Very cool, Shawn! Is it possible to put a space between "network" and "for" in the last line?
Thanks for the catch Mark! it should be all set now.

Shawn,

Printed a sample and it looks great! Let's put them up! Hand them out!

Shawn,
Awesome poster! I was wondering if it was possible to incorporate the 19th Ward logo onto the poster? If not, it is beautiful as it stands! Thank you for all you have done with, in and for the Ward. Brenda
Hey Brenda,
That's a great idea, but Location19 and the 19th Ward are two different entities, and I do not want to offend anyone, by using the 19th WCA logo with out permission. I designed the poster to promote the website. Maybe in the future I can work together with the Association on some type of promotional piece. I am working with our Neighborhood Service Center on a flyer promoting block clubs, so watch for that one coming out soon.

Great point, Shawn. I hadn't thought of that. I will put a poster up on the Community board at school. - Brenda
Hi Shawn,

I plan to have some of the posters at St. Stephen's New Orleans Jazz Dinner on September 19th to spread the word on our neighborhood network. You mentioned business cards - do you have any made up yet? could I get some of those?

thanks,
Wendy
I do have business cards. Feel free to stop by the house, 60 Penhurst, Anthony or myself are usually here. Or feel free to grab some from Boulder Coffee, I left about 100 or so of them there near the bulletin board. I'm thinking that I might create a place on our front porch where members can stop by and grab things, such as business cards, posters and such, as they need them.

You rock Shawn. are you able to come to the New Orleans dinner Saturday night? we have reduced donations costs for our young adults ( actually - what ever is affordable for donations - all the food has been donated) my niece who lives on Penhurst will be at the 7:30 serving. I'd love to introduce you! You are a model for community building and she has just begun the Black leadership program.
