Tell us about yourself:: I'm a n at-home mom with many interests that keep me involved in the community, particularly in organizations related to women and families. My husband Mark teaches history at MCC, at we have three children. Nat, 16, and Audrey, 13, are homeschooled, and Nora, 11, goes to the special ed program at 29 school.

It's nice to see another person from Weldon St. join Location19. Now that you are a member, when you sign-in you can post to the Discussion Forum, Events calendar and Blog section of Location19 and you can join any of the various groups to participate in the discussions there. Be sure to join the Weldon Street Block Club group.

Please post your picture. Step by step instructions can be found here How to Post Your Picture - It's easy!   Having a picture posted helps members get to know one another better and to recognize one another when they are present at a public meeting with people they have only met online.

It's a good idea to subscribe to the Daily Email Digest so you receive an update of new activity on the site.   That has become a bit less crucial since the Latest Activity column has been enhanced with the addition of the "More..." button at the bottom of the column. That lets you go back as far as you need to go to see what you missed. Without the Digest of or the Latest Activity column it is very difficult to know where the new posts are.
