Please take note of the new stop sign on Arnett at Wellington. This has been a dangerous corner and we have been working with the city engineer to remedy that. Believe me, many of the mini marts should not be in business. In my opinion, by the city banning new mini-marts, the message the city is sending is " We can't do anything about the laws you break so we are going to give the existing mini-marts a monopoly." If the mini-marts are not following the rules- SHUT them down!
