Believe me, many of the mini marts should not be in business. In my opinion, by the city banning new mini-marts, the message the city is sending is " We can't do anything about the laws you break so we are going to give the existing mini-marts a monopoly." If the mini-marts are not following the rules- SHUT them down!

Now that you are a member, when you sign-in you can post to the Discussion Forum, Events calendar and Blog section of Location19 and you can join any of the various groups to participate in the discussions there. To join a group such as Plymouth-Exchange Neighborhood Association, Which you will probably find interesting, click on the group, then in the upper right of the group page just under the banner picture, next to your name click on +Join Plymouth-Exchange Neighborhood Association and you are a member! Being a group member lets you post to the group and also permits you to receive email notifications from that group about events and other info that may not be posted on Location19 itself.
There is a ton of information you can search for and read through on Location19. Be sure you make use of the search options.
