We had a good turnout last night and had a lively discussion about the problems facing our neighborhood this summer and fall.
Probably the largest problem is the frequent gathering of youth on Arnett and the subsequent fighting, blocking of the street, vandalism, etc. Most recently the young people have been pulling up the lose pavers in front of His Branches and carrying them around the neighborhood, throwing some at houses and windows. Please adopt a fire hydrant near your house and dig it out of snow bank. In the 10 minutes it will take the RFD to do this, your house could be a total loss. Or you may help save a neighbor's life. It is critical that we clear fire hydrants from snow. Thank you.
