See Sept/Oct issue of (585)magazine for this article on how volunteers have renovated the historic Rochester graveyard, under the stewardship of our friend John Curran. John is a member of the 19th Ward Community Association's History and Archives Committee. As the opening sentence says, "one of Rochester's best-kept secrets is a pioneer cemetery in the 19th Ward."
Read history of the cemetery and recent…

Recently, 19th Ward Community Cats brought in over a ton of clothing and household goods for its “Stuff the Truck” fundraiser. With a cash donation, the total earned was $485. Plans are to make this an annual event. Thank you to all who helped and donated.
This year has brought an explosion of kittens! The group purchased a kitty condo on wheels, foldable, with two doors and three shelves to care for some of them. Terri has recruited 2 more foster homes to help with our surplus of…

You are busy! When things calm down, we can go. Take care, Mark.
Mark,
Of course I'm your friend, and you are my friend. By being friends, what does that have to do with Location 19? Will we get a free pizza from Menenzes? That would be nice. I'll even pay for it!
OK, Problems with MacClurg's double accounts have been taken care of. You reinstated her newer account on the Southwest Garden Group and suspended the old one which has been unusable by her but has been causing confusion. I also suspended her old account from Location19. That will leave her old content on the site and avoid people sending messages to the old account that she cannot receive emails from.
Hey Mark, why is this on my page? You’ve been suspended from Southwest Garden Group An administrator has removed you from this group. (kind of harsh?) tx MacClurg
Sorry to take so long to see this...I'm slowly getting caught up to the social media world! :)
I can best answer your question by having you check out our website www.simplifiedbuilding.com.
Our bread and butter is railing, but clothing racks, desk/table frames, and fitness structures are just a few of the many other applications of our pipe fittings.
Hope to meet you in person some day!
Sam
The person to contact at the city is Rick, Rochester Dept. of Forestry, phone 428-1218.
OK, here is a test post with 2 links in it similar to what I sent out to Toni
"You're our first new member to join in response to the 19 Ward Housing Committee invitation. I was very impressed with the first meeting. Everyone participated effectively. Now that you are a member of Location 19, when you sign-in you can post to the Discussion Forum, Events calendar and Blog section of the site and you can join any of the various groups to participate in the discussions there. Be sure to check out the 19th Ward Housing Committee group.
Being a group member not only lets you post to the group but it will also permit you to receive email notifications from that group about events and other info that may not be posted on Location19 itself. Be sure your email preferences are set for you to receive email notices. Here is the Location19 Email Preferences instruction page. "
Let me know what you find Mark.
Hi Mark, I hope my son is a good manager. You are the first person I have met that has Ian for his manager!
