At 6:45a this morning, I accompanied my daughter to the Westside Division RPD Roll Call. Shea Baker-Washing was so moved by the compassion Officer Phillips displayed at the recent triple homicide that she just had to let him know. Her phone calls started immediately after seeing the picture posted by one of the news stations of Officer Phillips with a family member of one of the victims.
