Good people in the 19th Ward

It's a very cold and snowy day here in the city and i decided to run some errands. While driving down Genesee Park Blvd I came across a man who was sitting on the corner of Lehigh with a bicycle laying next to him. A car had stopped but he waved them on. I slowed down to see if he got up and it seemed that he wasn't able to so I turned around stopped and talked with him. As I approached him he tried to get up but fell again.
